Frequently asked questions

The short version of how Quick Apply Assist works. If your question isn't here, ask the assistant in the corner — it knows the product, and it can hand you over to a human.
What does Quick Apply Assist actually do?
You enter your personal details, work history, education, certifications, references and reusable answers once. Quick Apply Assist then reuses them to fill PDF application forms, draft tailored cover letters from a job link, and track every application in one place. Everything is free.
Does it submit applications for me?
No — and it never will. Everything is prepared as a draft. You review it and press submit yourself.
How do I use it with an online application form?
Paste the job link into the job link assistant. It reads the posting, checks it against your profile and drafts your cover letter and likely screening answers, so you can copy them straight into the employer's form and submit it yourself.
Why weren't the fields in my PDF detected?
Already have a fillable PDF? Upload it and Quick Apply Assist fills it in from your profile. Some PDFs are flat — scanned or printed to PDF — so they contain no fillable fields at all, and others are Adobe LiveCycle (XFA) forms that most browsers can't read. Our PDF-to-Fillable Converter is coming soon: you'll be able to convert a flat PDF into a fillable form right inside Quick Apply Assist and then have it completed for you automatically.
How much does it cost?
Nothing. Every feature — profile storage, PDF autofill, the job link assistant and application tracking — is free to use, with no plans or limits.
Where is my data stored?
In your own account in a managed cloud database, with private storage for uploaded documents. Other users cannot read your records.
Can I delete everything?
Yes. Every record and document can be deleted from inside the app, and deleting your account removes your profile data and files.
How accurate is the AI?
The job link assistant and the help guide are useful but not infallible. Treat generated cover letters, screening answers and fit checks as first drafts and always read them before sending.
Something's broken. How do I get help?
Click the help button in the bottom-right corner of any page. The “Ask the guide” tab answers how-to questions instantly; the “Contact support” tab sends a message to a human and we reply by email.
