Quick Apply Assist exists to save you from retyping the same job application details. That only works if you trust us with those details, so here is exactly what we store, where it lives and what we do with it — in plain language.
What we collect
- Account details: your email address and authentication identifiers.
- Profile data you enter: personal details, addresses, employment history, education, certifications, references, saved answers, cover letters and application notes.
- Documents you upload: resumes, PDF application forms and the filled PDFs we generate for you.
- Job links you paste, and the text of the postings we fetch on your behalf.
- Support messages you send through the in-app assistant.
We do not buy data about you, and we do not track you across other websites.
How we use it
Only to run the product for you: filling forms, matching fields, drafting application content, tracking your applications and answering your support requests. We do not sell your data or share it with employers, recruiters or advertisers.
AI processing
When you use the job link assistant or the help assistant, the relevant text is sent to our AI provider to generate the response. We send the minimum needed for the task, and this content is not used to train public models. If you would rather no AI processing happen, simply do not use those two features.
Storage and security
Data is stored in a managed cloud database with row-level access rules so your records are only readable by your account. Uploaded documents live in private storage buckets accessed through short-lived signed links. Traffic is encrypted in transit and data is encrypted at rest.
Your control
You can edit or delete any record, document or application from inside the app at any time. Deleting your account removes your profile records and documents. You can also ask us for a copy of your data through the support assistant.
Honest limits
You are choosing, of your own free will, to upload and save your information here. We take security seriously, but no service — ours included — can honestly promise that a breach will never happen, and we will never make that promise. Please keep your own copies of documents that matter, and avoid storing information you would not be comfortable having on any online service.
