Terms of Use
Last updated 2 August 2026
By creating an Quick Apply Assist account you agree to these terms. They are written to be readable rather than impressive.
What Quick Apply Assist is
Quick Apply Assist is an assistant that stores your application details and helps you fill forms faster. It is not a recruiter, an employment agency, or a guarantee of any outcome. We do not apply for jobs on your behalf.
You review, you submit
Every filled PDF, drafted cover letter and autofilled webform is a draft for you to check. Content generated by AI can be wrong or out of date. You are responsible for the accuracy and truthfulness of everything you send to an employer.
Your account
Keep your login secure and do not share your account. Upload only information you have the right to upload. Do not use Quick Apply Assist for anything unlawful, for impersonation, or for bulk spamming employers.
Availability
The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. Features may change, and we may need downtime for maintenance. We make no warranty that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Quick Apply Assist and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, including lost job opportunities, lost earnings, missed deadlines, incorrect form content, or loss of or unauthorised access to data you chose to store with us. You use the service at your own discretion and risk.
Ending your use
You can delete your data or close your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service or put other users at risk.
Changes
If we make a material change to these terms we will show a notice in the app. Continuing to use Quick Apply Assist after that means you accept the updated terms.
